Most of us associate a garden with a place to enjoy during the long summer. For a large part of the year it’s easy to neglect our dark outdoor space. Award-winning garden designer Kirsty McLean from The Garden Design Company Scotland, designed and created a garden to be enjoyed all year round, day and night.

“It’s wonderful to have a garden that transforms at night time, giving you a delightful contrast to your ‘day garden’,” explains Kirsty. “By using responsible LED lighting, you can create two unique gardens in one.”

By having a garden that lights up at night, you can even enjoy your garden in the heart of the winter darkness. In addition to creating a feeling of outdoor living space, a night garden offers wonderful patterns, shapes and colours, all of which disappear again when the sun comes out.

A smaller number also gets distributed to IFA's and brokers across the central belt.
