First Scottish Estate Agency to win the prestigious The Sunday Times 'Best Estate Agency in the UK' Award
McEwan Fraser Legal has beaten off some of the world's leading estate agents to scoop the most coveted award in the UK estate agency industry. The firm was awarded The Sunday Times Best Estate Agency in the UK at a lavish award ceremony at the Lancaster Hotel in London in December.
There were over 5,000 entrants and McEwan Fraser Legal also won the Best Innovation in the UK and the Best Estate Agent in Scotland award.
McEwan Fraser Legal is a relatively new firm of only four years standing which launched amidst one of the country's worst recessions. Despite the challenges the firm has been instrumental in making a positive impact on the housing market in Central Scotland selling hundreds of homes every month throughout 2013.
"This is a huge achievement and is recognition of what we have accomplished in the Scottish housing marketplace"

Judges from the awards commented "McEwan Fraser Legal is a progressive company which shines like a beacon north of the border". McEwan Fraser Legal employs 120 staff and operates from its head office in Edinburgh. Chief Executive Ken McEwan said "This is a huge achievement and is recognition of what we have accomplished in the Scottish housing marketplace using determination and fresh, innovative ways to sell homes in Scotland. For a Scottish estate agent to win this award in light of the competition from world renowned estate agents and the big London agencies speaks volumes about what we're capable of in Scotland. We have raised the standard of estate agency practice in Scotland and the UK and instilled confidence back in to sellers."
